Gisca is a bold woman who will consistently bring your concerns to light. She promises to listen and understand your problem and interest. She will analyze complex issues and develop an ethical approach and come with solutions to improve the condition and bring it to the council table. Gisca promises the voters that she will be a strong advocate and a proactive town councilor not only for district 6 but for Braintree in general.
In addition to life experience, the greatest of teachers, Gisca graduated with a college degree in management and a concentration in finance, after which she worked in the banking industry for years.
